Endangered Species and Energy Development

The Yellowstone River is the last stronghold for wild populations of the federally endangered Pallid Sturgeon. We supported Western Environmental Law Center and Defenders of Wildlife in providing technical review, comments, and testimony on the impacts of oil, gas, and coal development and other federal projects on the recovery and survival of the species.
