Developed in partnership with the San Francisco Estuary Partnership, Bay Area Clean Water Agencies, and East Bay Dischargers Authority. The Workbook will be used in future trainings and includes best practices and examples of embedding equity in leadership, policies, budgets, human resources, and community engagement.
