We led climate adaptation mainstreaming for San Mateo County. Efforts included developing and managing a Climate Resilience Grants Program, developing and implementing a Sea Level Rise Policy for Capital Projects, leading sea level rise and nature based solutions studies and projects, developing a climate ready housing toolkit, and leading technical aspects of data development and vulnerabilities for multiple climate impacts, including heat, wildfire, and flooding as it affects the County’s most vulnerable communities.

Tasks included stakeholder mapping and engagement, meeting facilitation and planning, project management, collaborative planning, and outreach material development.
